of BETA with the launch of its new 2.1 service, which adds a new subscription level
to its 100% web-based collaboration and live conferencing platform. Vyew includes a
suite of simple, yet powerful tools that empower users to create, collaborate, and
communicate in real-time and over time.

Vyew will continue to be free without the nuisance of a limited trial period, but
will now include light advertising. New subscription versions allow Ad-Free use of
the service and give subscribers options to add more capacity and customize the
experience. Subscription prices start as low as $6.95 per month, and several upgrade
incentives are in place through March 31, 2007, including an offer for two months
